Courtney's two kids and some of their friends plan years in advance what kind of cake they want to have at their birthday party. Yes, they're that good. She's taken a hobby and turned it into an on-the-side business for friends. She has made beautiful wedding and anniversary cakes, charmed baby shower attendees with adorable cakes, mastered vehicle-shaped cakes, and learned more about Diego, Nemo, Mickey Mouse, and Little Mermaid.
